Please note that if you raise Traits to 100% there will still be guests without them, these will be avatars of other players and early test-groups still in the game.
Right panel has the chance that guests will have a Trait (screenshot above shows some of them), and None-Low-Medium-High likelihood of what those traits will be. In the Scenario Editor, in Edit Scenario (the pencil'n'ruler graphic in the upper right) > Guests tab > left panel has controls to adjust the Adults, Teenagers, and Family demographics, including segregating between single/multi-guest Adults and Teenagers.
